The Marketing and Proposal Specialist will have an integral part of working with the VP of Business Development  and Senior Business Managers at Petroleum Service Corporation. This career includes the opportunity to learn the business, play an active role in the creation of business development proposals and marketing material (internal and external use) and gain industry knowledge. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participates in the creation of written proposals and new content in conjunction with the Business Development team
• Creates written material and visual presentations for prospective and existing customers
• Communicates and responds professionally to all information requests received by prospective PSC customers
• Conducts research on industry trends / news and shares this knowledge as well as any potential impacts to PSC or PSC’s customer’s business with the Business Development team
• Maintains all existing and potential customer information and databases
• Partners with the Communications department to create, edit and finalize promotional business materials
• Assists, plans and organizes Business Development and Marketing events
• Supports administrative functions within the department to assist the Senior Business Managers and the Vice President of Business Development

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field
• Experience in a related field to inside sales, communications, marketing, business development, account manager, proposals or graphic design is preferred
• Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail for proofreading and grammatical edits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service and team player mindset
• Creative with a strong business interest and the ability to show initiative while working independently or with a team
• Strong research skills

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak fluent English
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
