Primary Responsibilities: Assists with all clerical duties for Site Leader.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Completes timesheets and payroll, enters data on Excel spreadsheets
  • Compiles and completes month-end reports; prints and emails copies
  • Significant back office support and utilization of customer ERP systems to support operation
  • Interface with customers and suppliers as necessary for order processing
  • Assist with inventory reconciliations as required
  • Enters vacation time and tracks vacation hours for each employee
  • Payroll updates
  • Orders supplies and PPE
  • Tracks attendance, safety observations, training files
  • Makes copies, send faxes, and types memos
  • Quarterly reports and spreadsheets
  • Updates PAR forms and sends to PAR mail box
  • Tracks employees address and maintain personnel files
  • Files weekly check sheets accordingly
  • Complies with all policies on filling of medical and personal info
  • Tracks milestones and sends updates to Baton Rouge


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to all procedures
  • Good communication skills


Minimum Job Requirements: 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.; stable work history with good references from past employers; pass a drug screen, physical, and background check; and speak fluent English.
