We are continuing to grow in the industrial services organization and are seeking a Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our PSC team. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and an organized team player with the ability to provide direct support to our Operations Management team. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative assistance support regarding compliance to the site operations
  • Continuously tracks data related to contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develops and completes reports on all KPIs and site-specific information
  • Utilizes Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Access to collect and / or analyze the reports, schedules or graphical data for operational information
  • Creates presentations, spreadsheets, and documents to support site operational needs
  • Assists with purchasing office supplies, PPE or site supplies and processes expense reports
  • Manages calendars / schedules by arranging travel plans, booking training rooms or facilities
  • Maintains confidential information related to the business
  • Participates in continuous improvements for the administrative role and the organization.
  • Contributes to a customer service atmosphere and team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in an administrative support role
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of internal management, field employees, office staff as well as external customers, vendors, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to juggle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Keen sense of discretion and judgment, professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
