In-Plant Truck Driver

Job Summary: Petroleum Service Corporation is looking for individuals to work as In Plant Truck Drivers in an industrial chemical plant environment. This position is responsible for safely weighing and spotting trailers throughout the plant.

Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Shift (Days/Nights/Weekends)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Weighs and spots trailers at different loading racks throughout the plant.
• Inspects empty trailers.
• Completes daily inspections on equipment and trailers and completes check sheets.
• Assists loading technicians as needed.
• Ensures that truck/railcar is positioned and secured at proper loading rack.
• Wears all protective clothing and equipment, including respirator equipment that may be required in a manner that ensures maximum personal safety.
• Communicates with facility supervisor on any problems as they occur.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned in order to complete the job.

Job Qualifications:

• TWIC Card
• Valid Driver’s License

• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak fluent English.
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. of force occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, talk, hear and have good vision
• Ability to work outside in environmental conditions which at time include extreme heat or extreme cold
